Does Shaka offer any analytics or insights to help teams measure the impact of their workplace culture efforts?
@gusoliveira_ Hi Gus - Thank you for your question. Right now, we have a few 3 questions surveys that can be sent regarding each of our features. This data is shared with administrators so they have insight into the impacts of Shaka and how users feel about each program. Custom pulse surveys is something that has been on our radar for sure as well. We just want to be sure if we release something like this, it doesn't make Shaka feel like a "tool run by HR". Is that a feature you would like to see inside of Shaka?

In response to your question, prior to our launch we did a lot of hand holding for onboarding clients and we actually found that this hand holding was masking how lightweight Shaka actually is. I think I am most excited to see companies walking themselves all the way through setup on their own via a conversation with the app. This will help users understand they get to customize their entire onboarding without dealing with a Shaka sales/support team.
