Hey team,
I’m a bit curious, what made you decide to offer a lifetime deal? I like these kinds of offers, but I also see some potential risks, especially with relatively new products. I’ve seen many cases where makers quit the project within two years, and the website becomes unavailable.
Considering that I’d be paying around $2,000 for such a deal, which is supposed to cover my “lifetime”, I’d feel a bit hesitant.
How can you assure your lifetime users that their access will truly be long-term?
Sheet0
@busmark_w_nika Hi Nika — thanks so much for your thoughtful question and for believing in us! ❤️
Our lifetime deal is a way to thank and empower our earliest supporters — the people who trust us before anyone else does. We truly believe that building a great product means standing alongside great users and listening to their voices.
We’ve raised a $5M seed round from world-class venture capital partners, giving us the resources to keep building and improving Sheet0 for the long run. For us, Sheet0 isn’t just a product — it’s our mission.
To make this commitment crystal clear:
👉 If Sheet0 were to close within 1 year, we’ll refund 100% of the lifetime payment.
👉 Within 2 years, we’ll refund 50% — no questions asked.
The lifetime plan is roughly equivalent to 1.5 years of our Pro plan, and before our funds ever run out, we’ll ensure Sheet0 continues for our users.
That said, we firmly believe this won’t happen.
We also see our lifetime members as part of the Sheet0 team — true co-builders of this journey. In the future, we’ll offer special privileges like Sheet0 limited-edition merch, early access to beta features, private community access, invitations to visit our office and more.
Your trust fuels our mission 🙌

@wellswang Thank you for clarifying this. 5M is pretty good when it comes to some financial stability, and I will have my fingers crossed for you and your scaling.

@george_esther That means a lot, Esther! We designed Sheet0 to handle large datasets natively — everything runs on TiDB, a distributed SQL engine that scales horizontally, so performance stays consistent even as data grows. Glad the “self-driving Excel” line resonated!
This sounds great. As someone who has spent a lot of time with SQL queries and running VLOOKUPs, Sheet0 can save so much time.
Kudos to the team!

@jesna_james Thanks! love to hear you more feedback🙌🙌🙌
Wow!Sheet0 is the world's first Data Agent specifically designed for "0 illusion" data capture. Gald to see your launch!

@janette_szeto Thanks Janette! Yes — that’s exactly our goal: a “zero hallucination” data agent that’s transparent and auditable by design. So glad you caught that 🙏

People have different requirements for the accuracy of data and text—they can barely tolerate even the slightest error in data. In this regard, Sheet0 has truly achieved a satisfying and even impressive standard. Congratulations to the team!
Sheet0
@lyss_luo Thank you so much for saying that it really means a lot to our team! 🙏
We’ve always believed that data accuracy is non-negotiable. That’s why Sheet0 runs on TiDB and is powered by our self-designed Sheet0 Data Language, which ensures every scraping is executed with absolute precision and full traceability.
Congrats on the launch! Super impressive work! I love the experience so far.
One piece of feedback: after finding the information I need, I still need to maintain or sync it manually in other places like Airtable or Notion. Are you planning to build features around that? Either native editing or integrations with tools like Airtable/Notion would make it even more powerful for my workflow.
