Really cool idea. It would be nice if the range controls when selecting a start/end time for a YouTube clip were more accurate. On some videos it was intervals of 2 seconds and others it was more. I really needed control to the nearest second to create my clip.

@_kjakm understand you perfectly. Our primary concern was to be able to upload via youtube to make it easier for users to upload sounds. However, soon we faced exactly what you are describing. Kind of annoying when the youtube video is too big because the step scale will be really short. But even for shorter sounds we need something more accurate not only in terms of UI but also we need to be able to cut clips to decimals. It needs to be improved for our next release but we need to figure out a way to make it simple, more precise and seamlessly. Thanks!

Hey @sarperdag. Yes it must and will have. Since the beginning we planned to open the API, but due to lack of time we didn't have the opportunity to improve it a little bit more and write some good documentation. Honestly, right now we are gathering our troops and all the feedback to plan the next steps shortly. So, stay tuned because we will open it for sure. Hey @jasonhitchcock thanks for asking that. Well, soundy uses an API that we developed. However, I must be honest. It is not ready to be opened yet... :( But it is on our roadmap already to make it available! Also, we don't like to break that golden programmer's rule which says: "Don't document your API until you start pulling your hair out because you should have documented it right at the beginning".
