How long has this been around? Are there any concerns by teams that use this about privacy? Seems like a lot of tracking. Would be interesting to hear if there is a way to disable that and make it clear to the employee that privacy-intruding features are disabled.

Hi @trentguillory thank you so much for your interest. The app is super secure, we do have security measures in place. Moreover we only keep data on our servers for up to 12 months only. If as a user you need complete control over your data, you can deploy the app on your own servers. Our team will assist you through initial deployment till fully trained. As far as your second question is concerned, yes we do give the option of disabling features. You can only use features that are best suited for you and your team. You can opt out of screen capture anytime, real time monitoring can be disabled as well. Hope I have answered your questions.
