This looks great for finding new customers. Curious how you handle the quality of leads when running on autopilot. Do you find that targeted outreach converts better than broad automation?

As a solo founder, outbound sales is always the task I procrastinate on the most. 😅 The idea of using simple prompts to find lookalike prospects sounds like a huge time-saver compared to manual LinkedIn filtering.
Quick question: How does Starnus handle email deliverability? Since it's automated, does it have any built-in warm-up features to prevent landing in spam?

An important point to consider is that Starnus is an intelligent entity added on top of 50+ well known apps, databases, software, etc. So warmup, email automation, LinkedIn automation, databases, scrapers, etc. are best solutions on the market that are wrapped in our agentic framework and integrated with Starnus's core system.
For email, we have Smartlead which is one of the best and we ensure everything is handled properly, including warmups

Gmail only for email automation + no ICP builder wizard yet feels like a rough combo for the "founder-friendly" positioning. Most early founders dont even know their ICP clearly, thats kind of who you need to help the most.
@fabrice_salah very good points, I think we're definitely going to add the ICP Builder, since 50-60 other users also requested this, it's totally a valid point.
Regarding Gmail, for now we have "Smartlead" as the main professional automation engine for emails, and unfortunately they only support Gmail as API-based auth; but, we have Gmail and Outlook agents, that still users can use them to connect their mailbox and ask the AI/Starnus to automate their emails for them. I think we'll integrate more apps and engines soon, so the coverage will go beyond these 3.

Is it mainly for email, or does it support LinkedIn outreach too? If yes, how do you handle sending limits safely?
For email, we try to keep 50 emails per day per mailbox, and we take care of warmup too (all via Smartlead)
For LinkedIn, it depends on your personal LinkedIn account's tier, for Premium, the limit is roughly 200-250 connection requests per week, and 150 messages per day

Does the lookalike AI actually scan the website content of my current clients to find matches, or does it rely mostly on generic LinkedIn industry tags?
@valeriia_kuna can be both, we can search through 10s of databases with keywords to find companies and/or leads (people), or, we can take a list of companies/websites and analyze them in great detail

Starnus is the intelligent layer on top of 10s of well known and established apps, software and databases. For LinkedIn automation we have Unipile agent (integration) and for Email automation we have Smartlead. Both services are famous establishes solutions that guarantee deliverability.
Regarding accuracy, we have 15+ integrations to different databases, such as People Data Labs, DropContact, various LinkedIn sources and so on, and the data is 98-99% accurate. Some email addresses or phone numbers may have lower confidence, which will be indicated on the list.
