I'm a software developer, and I love a simple, clean, organized workflow, so this seems right up my alley. I've only been using it for a day so far, but one of the first things I noticed is when I'm trying to use the AWS console app, I keep getting logged out and having to go back to the login screen, which is doubly annoying because my password is in LastPass which this app doesn't support either. I was almost able to get rid of my work-account Chrome window thanks to this app, except for that.
Please fix AWS console! and maybe add LastPass support too? :)
Pros:
Simple, clean interface
Cons:
Keeps logging me out of AWS

How different is it to using tabs in a browser? @al3xstrat
Especially we can ping tabs in the browser and have them constantly opened.

Truly brilliant. I have always wanted something that ran all my web apps but simply put, organised where the taps are in the dock.
With a browser, my tabs are organised by when in a day I opened them. With Station they are where they always are.
Previously I have used a custom home page with links to everything I use in DevOps but now I have no need.
Adding an inbuilt password manager would also be awesome. I know there are plans to link with other providers but truly if all my devOps passwords were managed by my devOps platform why would I need anything else? Leave the other password managers to deal with the rest of the web.
I would love to see support for the google play store - it’s the only one in my world that is missing. Strange to have the apple one and not the google one.
Congratulations on a brilliantly executed “simple” idea.

So I was thinking of switching over from Franz, since I don't enjoy waiting those 10 seconds before opening a page. Loved your product but unfortunately couldn't transition due to few reasons:
1. I use whatsapp on two numbers together, and with Station, I'm not able to run two concurrent instances of whatsapp. I guess this has something to do with the in-built browser recognising an already running instance and redirecting to that. But this is something I could do with Franz so I was hoping to see the same here.
2. Onboarding of Gmails is a multi step process for some reason. I have to choose E-mail ID twice, then again once in the app, then type in mail ID again and then enter the password. Somewhat convoluted user experience.
3. When running Station, my laptop seems to think I'm doing some insane level of matrix multiplications and goes into full overdrive with fans blasting at full speed. No idea why but maybe you could look into that.
It's an otherwise fantastic product. Absolutely love the design aesthetic and ease of use. If you could fix these issues, I'll not only jump on it right away but also get my friends to check it out!
Ps: Maybe lose the ugly default windows bar at the top? Doesn't go well with your otherwise fantastic UI.

Hey! love the product, just some questions with what websites do you actually integrate with? can I already use station? how easily can I uprade to station from a normal browser?
👋
Station is the best workflow improvement I've made recently.
I've been a beta tester of Station for the past few months, that's why I am glad to hunt it today!
All the places of the Internet where I like to spend time (Twitter, Slack channels, Github, Feedly, GDrive, Dribbble...) were spread among Chrome tabs, Desktop apps, and Menu bar icons. Now, it's all gathered in Station. The "commute" among these places disappeared. Going from a place to another now feels as easy as switching among Slack channels.
Give it a try. Cheers!
