Hello Product Hunt community!
I'm Johanna, a Product Manager at Stitch.ai! We're so excited to launch today for the world to try! 🚀👋
Stitch.ai is being built by a passionate team all trying to solve one problem: making it easier to work in context without wasting hours sorting and combing through emails, calendars, files, and more.
For knowledge workers and founders with work scattered across apps, folders, and tabs, Stitch.ai brings everything together for you into one workspace.
We're also excited for new users to start using Stitchy, our AI assistant, with email, calendar, notes and more without connecting your internet history.
As a team, we kind of can't believe how big of a product we created and we can't wait for users to start using it, providing feedback, and telling us how we can make it even better. 🙌 🙌
Looks like a promising product! I've been seeing a lot of email productivity tools popping lately. I think switching email providers/platform (at least to me) is a huge commitment and I'm just wondering:
- What's the roadmap looking like!
- Would making the switch be tough? And would you be importing context from my previous inbox?
Hi @jonasatalter! Thank you so much for the support 🎉
Totally get it, switching email is a big commitment. Good news is you can bring your history with you: Stitch.ai imports MBOX files, and your mail is then organized with Knots, Tags and Connections so related items are easy to find. Connecting your existing email accounts is also on our roadmap, along with a Teams workspace for collaboration coming very soon 👀
And once you’re in, Stitchy (our AI assistant) can help write your emails and flag what matters.🐶
Thanks again for the great questions, we really appreciate it! 🚀
Huge congrats on the launch! Looks promising, especially for people juggling hundreds of tabs, Stitchy seems to be the perfect solution. Do you have meeting recordings?
Hi @iryna_yurchenko! 👋 Thank you, so glad you like it (we're big fans of closing tabs too).
Not just yet, but meetings are high on our list. We're cooking up some things to help your meetings, notes, and follow-ups all live in one place, and our Teams feature is coming very soon too 👀
Thanks so much for the support! 🎉
Hi @santoshbaggam 👋 Thank you so much for supporting our launch! Stitch.ai is still a small, bootstrapped team, and we’re just getting started.
While platforms like Lark Suite offer a wide bundle of features, they still require a lot of manual curation with your own knowledge network. Stitch.ai eliminates that manual overhead entirely. Our platform reads between the lines with auto-generated Knots and Tags, instantly creating contextual links across your work so related information is always surfaced for you and just a click away.
You get the organic, topic-based organization that rigid apps lack—though you can still manually “Stitch” items together whenever you want. To top it off, our new Atlas feature gives you a bird’s-eye view of your entire connected universe!
We can’t wait to try it out and to hear your feedback. Thanks again! 🎉
The automatic Knots, Tags, and Connections are the most interesting part to me.
How does Stitch distinguish a meaningful connection from two items that merely share keywords or people? Can users see why a connection was made and correct it, so the system learns what context actually matters to them?
Hi @juri_henley_cohn, that's an excellent question, and something we care about a lot. Thank you so much for your support! 🙌
Stitch.ai extracts what matters and doesn't focus on every word. Knots, Tags and Connections are found through context and determine the names and topics each email, note, task or file is mainly about. You can also add your own Knots, and Stitch.ai finds every item that mentions them.
We also have a knowledge map called Atlas (pictured below) that shows how many related items two things share and how strong a connection they have. If Harbor Partners is in 44 of Maya’s 100 emails, that’s a strong tie. If Bob Green is in 2, it’s weak and sinks to the bottom. Atlas also shows you how these change over time and whether something is getting busier or quieter, and whether it keeps coming back.
Can you see why a connection was made? Yes. Every item shows its Knots, Tags and Connections, and clicking one shows everything else that shares it. In Atlas you can click a relationship and see the exact emails, notes and files behind it, for example “these 44 emails mention both."
Can you correct it? Yes. You can remove a Knot, Tag or Connection from an item, add one, or delete it everywhere. You can also stitch items together by hand when you know they belong together, and pin the ones that matter.
Thank you again for your great question and we'd love to hear any feedback you may have! 🚀
Any rough date for the Android app?
Hi @thomas_wazza 👋
Great question! Our mobile apps are built and are currently going through the review process, so hopefully, very soon (we're refreshing that status page more than we'd like to admit 😅).
Thanks so much for checking us out!
time on a task. calendar stays empty?
Hi @mostafahosseini! Thank you for the great question! 🎉 The idea is to give you control over which tasks appear on your calendar. Some people like to schedule their whole day, while others only want meetings, key deadlines, or selected tasks to show up.
To put a task on your calendar, you can simply drag it onto the calendar, or use “Create from this item” to create an event. I've added a screenshot below! Stitch.ai automatically links, or “Stitches”, the task and event together, keeping your task and its scheduled time connected. Stitchy can also turn your tasks into events and manage them directly for you!
You can use your usual calendar, so there’s no need to manage another one. If you prefer, you can also create a dedicated Tasks calendar or a project calendar and choose when to show or hide it!
Thanks for sharing your feedback! 🙌 We’d love to hear more about your workflow and how you prefer tasks to appear in your calendar. 🚀
@johanna_quinn about 10. only the ones with a time.
