This is a wonderful product. I usually like saying things out instead of typing them down so the voice recognition is very helpful for me, but I think right now it only records till 1 minute so for now I'm recording in parts. Also, once out of nowhere, after processing the recording, it started jotting down notes in Hindi even though I spoke in English (lol). Not sure why that happened.
A suggestion -
Can this be a Chrome extension also? I'm thinking similar to ClickUp extension which always stays at the bottom of the window. It would be much easier to access the website quickly.

I'm reworking voice recognition a bit at the moment, so the experience becomes seamless, but right now it does indeed limit the duration and doesn't do that with good UX in mind.. I also currently rely on how OpenAI Whisper recognizes languages and it seems to be off sometimes haha :D Will look into that, maybe let user select language themselves.
Chrome extension is a very very very good idea, I didn't think about that, but it makes so much sense. Thanks for your suggestion!

I'm super excited to share my first public beta launch ✨
I created Subito because it's something I needed for myself quite often.
Whenever I had a meeting with someone outside my usual work environment, I really wanted to have a tool to quickly jot down notes together without the hustle of signup and feature overload.
I'm planning to actively work on this project in the future and add way more stuff, and today I decided to launch beta to get some feedback and see where I should put the most effort in.

1. I like the clean UI
2. voice recording only works for 1 minute yeah?
3. i tried recording twice, it went to “processing" , so I switched my window to something else. After I come back and there was nothing ( I am using a windows)
@jacobsi hi, there's is indeed a bug with recording, sometimes it gets stuck in processing. That's something I'm trying to identify now. Same goes for one minute limit, which isn't really supposed to behave that way.
Will address this very soon, hope you liked the experience with other functionality though ✨
