Hey Product Hunters! 👋 I am Sam, cofounder and CTO of the Sulu team. Today we are super excited to bring you the Sulu API Platform, an API repository and monetization platform that allows vendors to easily publish their API products to thousands of developers within minutes. Developers and AI agents can search for APIs, integrate them and pay for them in real time on a pay-per-use basis through our platform. Think NPM for APIs, but with payments 💸. But how does it work? API vendors can onboard their APIs to the Sulu platform using their OpenAPI specs and set a price per call per endpoint. Prices can be fixed or depend on volume consumed, similar to subscription tiers (but more flexible 😎). Sulu generates everything you need to share your API with the world: - Readme page - Interactive Documentation - Pricing Page - A wallet and dashboard to receive payments into. On the other side, any developer can sign up to Sulu with a credit card and start consuming APIs with no minimum spend. Developers get a prepaid wallet and an API key that they can use to access any API on the Sulu network. Every time a call is made, money flows from the developer wallet to the producer wallet, seamlessly and instantly. Sulu takes care of metering, billing, tax compliance, and reporting, so you can focus on building your API products. So what are you waiting for? This looks super cool @sam_alarco! There have been plenty of times when I had an API-based business idea, but gave it up because I didn't want to build all the billing & metering infrastructure. And I love the idea of an AI/agent-friendly interface to make it easy to chain services together. Congrats on the launch!

just thinking aloud. how you could aggregate tons of idle home based apis, say from Ollama and ngrok, hosting a fast Llm like phi3.. to freely top up your wallet :)
