@ihuzaifashoukat Thanks for the support! We create tiers through volume-variable pricing. You can map the price of each request to a function based on the previous request count within a time period (eg. a month). This allows you to reward users for usage while avoiding a rigid "step" structure. Regarding multiple usage plans for specific customers, this is not currently available but we are working on it!
