I've experienced the exact situation mentioned by the creator, there is an agent waiting for me to respond to the follow-up but I don't realise this fact for hours because I was away from my desk. In this case, even minimal decrease of the delay period would make the tool worthwhile right away.
There have been numerous occasions where my agents have become blocked mid-task when I was out of my office. It would be great to be able to unblock them from my mobile phone rather than having to run back home. Wondering about battery life for a day's use.
What I find the most interesting is continuing to work in the exact same workspace on desktop after using the app on mobile. I have used some mobile development tools in the past and when I switch back to my desktop, everything gets reset. This would not be an issue here.
Congratulations on the roll-out! I was curious about how priorities get assigned when there is more than one agent to notify at the same time. Are they queued up or is it a shotgun approach? That's what will determine if it's helpful or frustrating.

Mobile Diff review is the one that I would really prefer to use on a day-to-day basis. It has happened to me in the past that a few changes to the file made on a small screen using other applications have caused problems like text wrapping and loss of context.
