It will work for almost all use cases in the normal workflow. Just in case your requirements are highly complex, we also have a feature called "special criteria", where you can ask Telescope to perform a further evaluation for you. You can access this feature when swiping by clicking on the ICP drawer at the left side of the screen.
In terms of CRM integration, Telescope connects with most CRMs, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive and many others. The integration is super simple and takes only a few clicks and a few seconds.
