Most AI image tools are built for generalists. The Fabricant is built for fashion. It understands garment drape, texture and fit. It replaces physical sampling entirely. No factories, no shipping, no 6-week wait. Result: 90% lower content costs, 50-70% faster time to market. Bridging the gap between digital and physical through tech pack and pattern automation. Funded by the EU. Made by the team who has innovated in fashion tech since 2018.

I love the idea, but I wonder how it would work in practice. While understanding garments is one (very impressive) thing, I presume this would not make samples obsolete (as brands would still need to check how the garment looks with the fabrics that actually exist on the market), but would minimize it? Hope you have a good launch.

@aleksandra_woznica You're not too far off. Most brands still go for the physical sample, but now they can skip sampling stages when they used to need to have a first sample, proto sample, and salesman sample. That's not needed anymore because of internal communication happening completely digitally, and the salesman samples moving to digital showrooms, so a lot of the sampling processes are skipped before getting the final sample. We have great use cases of this from Bestseller Group brands and Hugo Boss already.
The tech pack and pattern automation piece is the most interesting part to me. How finished are the outputs? Like can a manufacturer actually take what comes out and go straight to production, or does it need a technical designer to clean it up first?
Secondly, Replaces physical sampling entirely is a big claim — what happens when a fabric behaves unexpectedly in production? Like if the digital drape looks perfect but the actual textile has a different weight or stretch, does the tool account for that discrepancy, or is there still a physical check somewhere in the workflow?

This looks really impressive, it doesn’t even feel AI at first glance.
Are you also turning these into physical pieces with designers? Would be amazing to pick a style and actually order it directly.
