Such a great concept. Congrats Erik. There are so many amazing, creative, hard working players behind every success story in this industry. Can't wait too see them get some love! This may also encourage/ remind founders to do a better job of highlighting the people they count on to keep the ship afloat.

Founders always say "It's not about me, it's the team." Then happily take the back pats for being a humble leader. Screw that. Love how this publicly pushes the squad forward. I've got a bunch of nominees. Let's go.
I've definitely been through some experiences where the people responsible for making the thing don't get any credit or recognition, and often that's intentional -- some organizations or leadership just don't want to publicize their team members' accomplishments. I hope that over time this kind of thinking goes away and maybe this will help to encourage that.
Also unrelated thought, Forbes' 30 under 30 often recognizes people who are not CEOs or founders... but that's a very small list, of course.
