Congrats on the launch. The website is great, nice and fast. Plenty of features and good content. One small piece of feedback, a short explainer video for the conversational ticketing integration covering the set up and a couple of use cases would be super helpful IMHO.

Over the past few years, B2B customers have been setting higher and higher standards for their vendor partners for service and engagement and they expect a highly contextual and near instantaneous communication and it led to the massive growth of shared Slack channels.
But neither are these channels connected with internal tools nor do they enable seamless shared workflows.
Our mission is to help B2B businesses deliver seamless customer experiences over messaging platforms..
