I used it for time management in meetings. It would be nice to be able to share the agenda creation. So have a separate tab that people can add their agenda item and then we can assign time and create de agenda on the fly (the first few minutes of the meeting)
Pros:super simple and easy to use
Cons:Clock could be a bit bigger so that it can be display on screen in meetings and everyone can see remaning time
