Seems like a very nice product! Is the first screenshot such a tracking dashboard for end users? Or for the shop owners?
Because it seems a bit overcrowded to me. As an end consumer, I'm just interested in the status, arrival time and some fancy looking stuff.
So maybe you could focus a bit more on nice branding & visuals here?

We have kept the page very neat and clean, the first page shows 2 boxes where the user (shopper) puts Order ID and email ID,
The second page opens into a tracking page, where the user can see tracking details (status) of their order and estimated date of delivery,
