@ankit_sparks Thanks, I'd say it is. The Ultrahuman ring is focused on metabolic health tracking and most of the insights and scores that you'd have to maintain while using the ring are for the well being of your metabolic health. And Oura is majorly focused on sleep, and now recovery.
