This is a very interesting tool! One thing I think it's missing - the ability to capture a screenshot and let users comment/annotate and attach it directly to the message. Feedback wise, nothing speaks better than pics, and it's easier for people to show what they mean. Any plans for adding something like that?
@alexlazarevic We definitely want to enable attachments, but as of now we're limited by Intercom's messenger platform components. Admins can attach files to posts, but obviously customers aren't able to access that side of things. I'll add this to Userfeed's Userfeed to track it!
Thanks for the kind words! We're focused on Intercom for multiple reasons:
- We have used Intercom Internally at all our companies
- We've found this to be the best source of quality feedback by far
- Intercom is already in your app so you don't have to embed anything for send users to another app to give feedback
- Intercom feedback typically starts as a problem statement (I can't, how do I, do you support...), where as idea boards or forums mostly consist of opportunity statements (it would be nice if, it would be cool if)
- It gives us a focus. We can focus on being the best feedback product if you're an Intercom customer
- Intercom has 50k customers and growing rapidly. Plus they're focused heavily on helping their dev platform partners have success
- Intercom is the best platform for customer data and messaging, so we didn't have to build those pieces out.
We may look into other customer engagement platforms in the future, but deep Intercom Integrations will be our focus for the time being. Still so much to do there :)

Kyle and Landon are super responsive and have been shipping new features each week. Iโm very excited to see Userfeed continue to develop. I feel like they are on the right track to what the future of user feedback will look like.
Pros:
Easy to use as a developer and since itโs an Intercom messenger app, our users can submit feedback and feature requests right from live chat
Cons:
Wish it was more opinionated about which feeds I should start with.
