**👋 Hey PH community!** Thanks so much for dropping by our first ever PH launch! We’re super excited to be able to share Verbally with the community and would really appreciate any honest & constructive feedback that you have! **🐣 How we started** We’re a pretty young company, formed in 2021, with a diverse range of nationalities mainly located in bustling Berlin. We’ve all worked at companies before where we’ve faced frustrations in our daily meetings, which took over a significant part of our time at work. Whether due to a lack of structure, communication misunderstandings, or a general feeling that you don’t have a chance to raise your thoughts amid all the noise! 🙄 Studies show that up to 50% of our time in meetings is wasted. It’s not only killing productivity, but this can also be super frustrating and demotivating. We reached out to more folks in that boat and were able to validate some of our pain problems, which were even more exacerbated with the switch to remote & hybrid forms of working during the pandemic. 😷 And so, we set out to solve the problem that we are all facing: **Unproductive meetings**. We thought there must be some way to improve meetings and culture in the workplace, to empower people to gain some more structure, and to have an unbiased helper to nudge people into better meeting etiquette, regardless of whether that’s in an office or at home. 🌎 **💜 Verbally: Your little meeting helper** Everybody needs a little help sometimes, especially when it comes to those pesky meetings. @cem_bulut Thanks for the Feedback Cem! Let us know your feedback once you tried out Verbally in your meetings! Regarding the post-meeting features: We currently have "Meeting insights & tips for improvements" in internal testing. An integration with task management / documentation tools (eg gdocs) is also on the roadmap. To make sure you plan and stick to your meeting outcomes, we recommend to always put as a last agenda point a "Next steps (5 min)", so you can make sure, to wrap up the meeting properly and get everyone on the same page before the meeting is over.

Congratulations, Robert! We designed this feature too, but your UI is much better than ours! It's also smart to resolve data from event details to use as the agenda timer. Interested in seeing how you handle control during the meeting, such as pausing the agenda or jumping to the next agenda.

@danielwayne Thank you for the feedback Daniel! 💜 You can change everything on the fly by updating your meeting invite: 1) Change the timer 👉 edit the start/end time of the meeting 2) Change the content or duration of the agenda item 👉 simply edit the agenda in the meeting description Click on "Save" (no need to send the update to everyone) 👉 The changes will be visible on the assistant screen a few seconds later And pro tipp: you can also put in sub bullet points if needed 😊

@robert_schuetze Great work! Maybe a customized brand watermark would be a pro feature. Also, are you trying to make a Chrome extension and Zoom app, I think it would provide a better UX, users could control all those in GMeet and Zoom client instead of jumping between 2 platforms. We are working on it :)

Currently this just work in Google Meet, but Zoom's coming soon 🤞 In our FAQs under Tips & Tricks (https://www.verbally.io/faq) you can see the example from Omio there too. @danielwayne @nate_bck was quicker in answering the question 🏎 Regarding the Extensions for Zoom and Chrome, that is something we have on the roadmaps as well, to avoid jumping back and forth between 2 platforms as you said. For you the main use case would be to interact with the Meeting timer and jumping to the next agenda point, or do you have any other use case in mind?
