Finding design contractors where the signal is consistent shipped work with live URLs is a better starting point than a curated portfolio PDF tbh. Portfolios are selection-biased toward the three best projects and tell you nothing about what it's like to work with someone under timeline pressure. The quality scoring that checks for CI/CD and readme structure is useful for engineer profiles but I'd want to know how it evaluates design-heavy portfolios where the output is a Figma file or a live marketing site rather than a repo.

In the page Find Talent the field Required Tech Stack I am not sure if necessary since for Vibe coder the stack is less relevant and easy to adjust?

A hiring platform specifically for people who ship fast is an interesting niche to carve. The hard part with any developer talent marketplace is signal quality - "vibe coding" is a broad umbrella. How does VibeTalent actually vet shipping velocity, past project links or something more structured?
