They quoted me $549 for an MBA tax deduction then took over a year to complete the taxes, then charged me $799 and mach a bunch of mistakes. This is a complete scam.

They ask for more money when the signup offer was clear about including everything.

I paid to have my taxes done in October (they ran promo), uploaded all my documents in February. Taxes are due today and Visor has neither filed my taxes nor filed for an extension. They manufactured lies each week. They kept telling lies about the status of my taxes until Friday, April 12th and today (tax due date) they have not bothered to respond to my messages. Yeah, I got scammed big time! Thankfully, I filed for an extension myself today. I see a class action suit in their future

Asked for a refund once I discovered the Cons above.
Pros:Pros don't matter when their service isn't helpful.
Cons:Chat support is unresponsive. And they don't allow customers to talk to their tax person until everything is complete and ready for review.
