First big attempt I've seen at shaking up the model for the used car market. Vroom's online car sales: - are haggle-free - single set price so you don't have to worry about negotiating a deal - are directly from Vroom rather than variety of owners - are nationwide - they'll ship free to your door for a 7 day test drive (also free) so you're not limited to your local car market The model is particularly interesting to me since research shows that women & minorities are discriminated against in the traditional car sales negotiation process (http://www.theatlantic.com/busin...). Would be awesome if online shopping could eliminate that bias!
