Interesting that it's aimed at expats initially. Could be because the founders don't speak Mandarin or because it's likely to be high net worth individuals making the average transaction worth it. Or both?
Anyway, I would have def used this if this would have been available when I lived in Beijing.
Wechat Secretary is a concierge service for expats in China. They charge a 10% premium fee for solving your problems. Just send them a message on Wechat and tell them what you need done.
