Fantastic! I’ve always wanted to add a feature to my product that allows users to build workflows around LinkedIn customers, but my development team estimated a long development cycle, so we haven’t started yet. That's a cool tool for sure (although I would prefer Vue version)! I'm looking at Inngest progress for several months now, although didn't use it yet. My question is about self-hosting Inngest for commercial use - as I understand, it's either paid or, according to "Server Side Public License" I must open-source all and everything in my product (which is kinda no-go)

Hi @yuriy_klyuch, thanks for the question! Licenses can be tricky so I'll aim to help clarify here. SSPL's is based on AGPL and section 13 specifies that if you "offer the program as a service", meaning selling a directly competing service with Inngest based on the Inngest source code, you need to contribute back or open source your code. The intent is only meant to apply to any business that re-sells Inngest as is. If you're not self-hosting with the intent to directly compete (and re-sell) Inngest to others, then you do not need to open source anything. If there is something hazy, ping our team and we can chat licensing with you! Again, licenses can be confusing, so please reach out to our team at hello@inngest.com anytime with questions anytime!
