Hi Product Hunt, I'm Stewart. I run a small carpentry business in South Africa, and I built Yebo Invoices because I was tired of doing quotes at night. My old routine was to copy a client's WhatsApp message, retype it into a template, export a PDF and then chase the deposit for a week. Jobs went to whoever replied first. What Yebo does today: • Speak a quote: say who it's for and the prices, check it, send it • Send on WhatsApp or email: the client accepts online by typing their name • Follows up for you: deposit reminders, a nudge to invoice after a yes • Request-a-quote link and QR code for your van or poster • Instant payment (PayShap) shown first, because a normal EFT sent on a weekend can take until Tuesday to arrive It's early. I use it on my own jobs and a friend's business, and card payments are still waiting on paperwork. I built it with AI help and tested it on real quotes. Feedback that would help me most: 1.
