Congrats to the Your360 team on the public launch! We are early users of Your360 at my company Sense and it's an incredible experience and product. I never knew before how long, deep and intimate an AI voice call could be before meeting Tam. I've done expensive coach led 360 degree processes before, and honestly the feedback I got from Tam is better and felt more raw and unfiltered. On bias reduction: We focus heavily on patterns rather than individual data points. Our AI coach probes deeply during each conversation to move beyond gut reactions—asking for specific examples, context, and impact. This helps us capture what actually matters to both the person and their organization, not just surface-level impressions. When we synthesize across multiple providers, we're looking for themes that emerge from concrete situations rather than amplifying any single perspective.
On anonymity: We take a layered approach. Individual feedback always stays confidential, and we only surface group-level insights when we have 3+ providers in a category. We also do post-processing to protect identity in the synthesis. For business accounts, we recognize there's actually a spectrum between pure anonymity and transparency—different cultures need different approaches—so we give some control over where they land on that scale while maintaining our core privacy protections.
The goal is developmental insight that people can actually trust and act on. Glad the mission resonates!
