This is an excellent tool! I hope this goes viral as it should based on pure brilliance!

Ben - Superb product. I was about to get my team to develop something similar. You saved us lot of time and money in re-creating this tool.
Can tool be tweaked so that the video is not embedded but only linked to youtube.com. Reason I am asking - Youtube tends to play fewer pre roll ads on embedded videos. Essential for channel networks to get more ad play on videos.

This is a good idea let down by spammy side effects.
Pros:
It does make links to YouTube videos on Facebook look much better and more appealing.
Cons:
When I paste a YouTube link into the 'paste your YouTube link' into the field, a spammy tab opens up. This feels like a dodgy site, sadly.
@joshdance We aren't doing anything with the video itself. We are essentially creating a Facebook friendly version of your YouTube link. I may have a more technical answer for you once my devs finish their actual jobs for the day ;)

Are you downloading the video from YT and uploading it as native?
@surheeho no upload/download, it's a post link that now plays the video inside Facebook. Just like a native vid.
The play is still registered on YouTube.
