Awesome idea though, it is really hard to scale as every country will have different rules. If well executed and will a lot of patience and work it can be the next game changer in the food industry. Keep it up!

Congrats! Every once in a while you see (as an entrepreneur) and idea that you thought was good and might be interesting, executed by others. This is one such. As I am sure many ppl have come across this one, including some others in the comments. I am not shy to go against gov regulations, and mostly was deep in my company when I out of curiosity looked into this. Looks like you guys have a handle on it. My concerns where particularly in SF, Canada and many areas of the US, only baked goods, candy etc. can be served from a home kitchen. If you ended up hitting someones Airbnb and they have cockroaches, it's gross but you'll survive. If you eat bad pork or chicken from an unkept home kitchen, serious things can happen. And the gov will come knocking. If you look up a few states or big cities in the US they are extraordinarily strict about this. It makes sense, but also can't help but think it protects food business licenses which is a bread and butter income for a city. I hope this works. There is so much beauty in sharing cultural homemade foods with one another. Wish you well.

There's definitely a lot to love about the essence of what's behind the idea, and a lot of questions and a lot of challenges to making it happen in certain locations, but we're up for a challenge and as a community, we are more likely to find a productive outcome.

Do not depend on others for everything. Be self sustainable, cook for your self, it is one of life’s great joys. If you have no time to cook, then your doing it wrong. Simplify and live not a life full of subscriptions and a middle man making money of you on everything.
