About

I'm on the Yooada team. We're working on a voice-first assistant for email, calendars, notes and follow-ups. Here to learn how people keep track of replies and the little things that fall between meetings. Especially interested in tools for people who handle their own client work.

We're building Yooada. The demo can't end at 'Done.'

I'm on the Yooada team. We're working on a voice-first assistant for email, calendars, notes and follow-ups, still pre-launch.

Our demo brief got less glamorous this week: take one client follow-up, change the date, close the screen, then reopen it. Show the right person, the right date and what actually got saved. A cheerful 'Done!' isn't much comfort if Friday is still lurking somewhere else.

This is what we're asking the demo to prove, not a claim that we've already solved every edge case.

If you handle your own client work, what would you insist on seeing before connecting your inbox: where drafting stops and sending starts, whether rescheduling sticks, or how it picks the right person? Something else?

How do you decide when an AI draft is good enough to send to a customer?

This question has sat in the back of my head for months and I still don't have a clean answer.

For internal work the bar is forgiving. A draft brief with rough edges, a slightly off tone in a Slack summary, a CRM note that's 80% right. You fix it and move on.

Hello PH — on the Yooada team, working on the loose ends after client emails

Hey everyone I'm on the Yooada team. We're working on a voice-first assistant for email, calendars, notes and follow-ups.

The corner we're especially interested in is people who handle their own client work: you send the quote, promise a revision, or agree to check back next week. The email is dealt with; the commitment isn't.

I'm here to learn how people keep those loose ends visible, and to compare actual workflows rather than collect another list of AI features. A plain reminder or a note may already do the job that's useful to know too.

If you work solo or in a small studio, what's one follow-up your current setup makes surprisingly hard to keep track of?
