It s been six months since I quit university after my sophomore year to work on a product with two friends from a hackathon. My parents think I m making a wrong decision, and sometimes I agree with them, mostly on the days when no one signs up for our product despite all our efforts to promote ourselves everywhere.

I definitely lack neither time nor energy. What I do lack is the ability to judge which problems deserve solving and which problems only look interesting to implement. I ve read all those typical startup books but would prefer to ask people who can give me an advice directly.

Noticed this in analytics last quarter and originally thought it was a tracking error. It wasn t. People research the particular problem, go to a docs page, and sign up from there. Homepage serves people that have already heard about us.

So I started thinking of the docs as our front door. Pages are now written starting with the problem in clear language followed by code, and end with a link to the next action instead of "see also".

I ve run into this with longer agent runs and I m curious how others handle it.

The original issue might contain the scope, constraints and evidence required. But when another model or session picks up the work later, those conditions often get reduced to a summary.
