Not because I wasn’t qualified, but because hiring is slow, manual, and outdated. That frustration stayed with me. Even after becoming a Prompt Engineer, I kept thinking: how much talent gets lost because the system can’t keep up? In places like Palestine, where opportunities are already limited, many give up—not due to lack of ability, but lack of response. So I decided to fix it. That’s how Talenyze was born—an AI-powered hiring platform making recruitment faster, fairer, and more human.
