@jakecrump Hey Jake, Our initial launch (same name) was for a different product. At the time, Actiondesk (we didn't change the name) was an automation software letting businesses extract data, transform it and transfer it to another software.

@chrismessina Thanks for the question Chris! Airtable is not great when it comes to building reports. Ex, if you built a custom CRM in Airtable (let's say with two tables "leads" and "deals"), you won't be able to have a funnel report with your # of leads per week, # of deals moved to each stage, etc Building this report is possible with Actiondesk though. You can see Actiondesk as the BI tool, and Airtable as the database if that makes sense.
