@rahul_khinchi Upload and go! and ready to use. Of course, in addition to customization, you can also train your chatbot by "crawl a website", "read & scan a pdf" or "upload a json file" options. Moreover, you can add advance features as you wish. But overall all, it is easy to use for everyone!
