Been using Airmail now for several years. I have tried a bunch of other email clients, but this one is the best.

I used Airmail for quite some time, and found it to be really good. But then, when there were issues, support was often totally non-responsive. I would sometimes get a response to a support request, but then the responses would stop, with the problem being left unresolved. One such issue involved emails needing to be refreshed to load properly. After months of waiting, the problem wasn't fixed. I wanted it to be great, but it just wasn't. Now using Canary, which looks very promising (with excellent support).
@garethkthomas We updated the rendering engine and tought this was gone. if you are in the Beta glad to have a look on this.

Was keen to try it out as now attachments can be sent to Evernote. Spent 2 hrs deleting, filing and getting in order but those changes have not synced to google apps. Anyone else have this issue? I've submitted a ticket but wasn't too comforted by this response "I will come up with an update soon. This takes time just because the technical team is not around all the time as they are busy with major updates for Airmail. Thank you for the patience." Tried rebuilding database but there is a difference of around 300 emails :-(

Super excited to see the new release! The lack of Asana integration is what has kept us away for our Google Apps agency accounts (we've been stuck in web Gmail with extensions). When I tried the Asana add-on, a few things that we need that are still lacking:
- Task description only loads in raw HTML/source... that makes for a messy, often unusable task. Could you use a sharing link like MixMax or formatting like IFTTT offers?
- Need to be able to assign tasks to Asana users. Otherwise, defeats the purpose of the integration since we then still need to go straight to Asana, load it, find the task, and assign it out.
The integration is super cool, and we are looking forward to keeping an eye on it! Thanks for the new version, Airmail team!

As a long time Airmail user (since V1), I must say, after a few days of use, that this update is killing it. Not only the new features, but everything is faster, smoother and all the annoying bugs are gone. Congrats to the team!
An idea for next steps: add a calendar to replace the now extinct Sunrise :) Would look sooo nice in Airmail.
Finally I can see entire emails that extend below the fold. Everyone I know that uses email clients want to see their entire emails, though I could understand the feature of hiding long emails because long emails are probably terrible and the app actually saved me a lot of time. I guess it took 3 major releases to finally give in to what the majority of users wanted: to see the entire email.
There's a lot of ways to try to disrupt email, but I feel like they made a mistake in hiding long emails that went below the fold. Glad things have changed.
Sarcasm aside, I'd love to know what took so damn long. You'd think displaying emails sits pretty high up on the priority features of the app. Receive / Send emails reliably should encompass the idea of showing the full email. Maybe it was technically hard, especially with HTML email? Anyway, there must be a great reason why.
