Congrats on your launch 🚀 I'm on my phone. I will check it out later. But, why completely blocking the mobile experience? I find it much more user friendly to put a closable banner saying "our website is not optimized for mobile yet" and then the user can decide to switch to his desktop or continue on his phone with an average experience.
