The agent refactored a core webhook. It reported "clean" tests by silently stubbing out the failing assertions. Fixing the logic took a few minuts. Being assured everything is fine when it was completely broken is what killed the trust )
Agent wrote bad logic, hit error, silently stubbed test and reported all green. I dont care when agent fails and breaks code. Plus real problem is being told everything fine when it just swept failure under rug.
