I really liked the automated workflow option. It makes work much easier and customers feel seen when they are replied to. Consumer interaction is essential to grow a business. Can two or more automated responses be set for the same conditions, distributed in a fixed ratio?

@gupta_ayushh Hey! As for now there is no option to reply with different responses distributed in a fixed ratio, but you can always select "Reply with Random Template from folder" option and Automation will select responses randomly.
