@apexkg Yes! Great question! It took a little while to re-learn how to train customers but adoption is through the roof and customers do WAY more with the platform now that our data is synced into their CRM (they use it in automations and dashboards, for example)

When we launched our remote worker attraction and retention program, we quickly realized the scope of work required to onboard the hundreds of inbound members. What was once a labor-intensive process was made simple by leveraging Arrows. Our use case was unique, but the tools arrows provided were easy to adapt for our Non-profit. Through Arrows journeys, new West Virginia residents get warmly welcomed to our community and find all the information they need to make their rellocation go smoothly. The team is passionate about their product and went above and beyond to help us make this integration possible. They continue to inovate and support us. We are really grateful. I would encourage groups and organizations outside of the traditional sales or B2B model to consider what arrows could do to help you deliver grants, onboard partners, or welcome new members into your communities.
