Asana - The work management platform for teams

@moskov We have always relied on Asana at IdeasWatch and RiteTag but have 2 requests: 1. user profile: a way to pin it open and make items click-to-open (e.g. email, skype, github pages) 2. the chrome extension: ability to choose project, assign someone, make people followers, etc. - it should be like creating a task in the Asana site. @hackapreneur - would love to swap ideas on getting things done in general. G+ video call?

I love the new design! I have been using Asana for years and the redesign was much needed. What kind of user research and testing did you perform before launching the new design?

Sweet! Time to bring some structure into my life again

I understand that the old Asana was probably off-putting to new users. Most of our collaborators needed some heavy handed coaxing to get started using our project management tool, which isn't amazing. That said with the full blown transition into quirky fun I think they threw out the baby with the bathwater. Asana's sturdy ugliness definitely was a core feature of the product.

@osakasaul, check out CrossCheck.io for a Chrome extension replacement for adding tasks. They offer all of the features I was missing in Asana. I now sometimes use it even with the Asana window open due to superior speed and options (tags, etc...).

I love the functionality but I can't believe that iOS notifications don't incorporate sound and Asana doesn't have Desktop notifications as well. A Desktop app would be great.

I would like to testify to the quality and simplicity of ASANA. Its intuitive design facilitates the measured distribution of information across an organisation thereby rendering task management, rather than a pain, a pleasure.

Love Asana. My organization uses it to manage our sprints and projects. I've also started using it in my personal life. Great job guys!

I wanna upload docs from gdrive and dropbox from my iPad Pro 12".... Please upgrade your extension, it only lets me upload images. @moskov

Asana is great, fast and UX is beautiful! But really difficult to stay organize with more than one Organization area.
