@aaronoleary Hey. Thanks for the feedback. Orbit is awesome. However, we have taken things quite a few notches forward. For starters, we have a highly scalable rewards platform that can be used to nudge and incentivise the community. Idea here is to celebrate activity and collaboration in the community by letting members gain social reputation, swag, discounts etc. Workflows is our goal based journey builder for community members. We figured every team in the organisation has a different goal and idea around the community. Workflows help automate these engagements, to make sure it's a win for everyone. The beauty is that these journeys can be configured from a single interface for multiple platforms. And a lot more like our amazing community events platform.
