Sounds and looks like an awesome tool for community managers! Congrats on the launch, guys! Will you extend your product to more SM channels in the future? LinkedIn would be of prior interest for me personally :)

I just discovered this tool thanks to its launch today and as a Community Manager myself, I think I quickly won't be able to do without! The UX/UI still feels a bit in its early phases, there are quite some details that would need fixes or improvement, but the idea is great and the tool provides crucial insights and features that are not offered by any other solution available at the moment - to the best of my knowledge. So I can clearly say that it addresses a real need in the market, and that's the top criteria for adoption! I particularly like the fact that you can integrate Twitter and Discord with marketing/comm actions and get a quantification of the effect of different campaigns. Also the segmentation of community is a feature every community manager would dream of! I'm really looking forward to keep discovering how this product works, and keep using it for longer! For my detailed feedback & suggestions I'm happy to connect with the team to help you improve you the platform!

I'm still pretty new to discord so it's been an interesting ride but that's why I think this is such a cool product! Like the connection piece with Twitter. Are there ways / tools to build community in addition to monitoring?
Congratulations on the launch.
