At Blozum, we fine-tune LLMs for each of our customers based on their information to create their assistant. Blozum works at converting a visitor to a customer by hand-holding them on the company's platform in the following stages: - Pre-purchase: Explaining about the company’s products / services / processes and further answering clarifying questions. - Purchase: Suggesting and selling products/services to the visitors by analysing their sentiment and interest and enabling online payments on its interface itself. - Post-purchase: Lodging support tickets through CRM integration, connecting with a human agent at the right time, tracking order status and answering refund/return queries. @amulya_prasad Thanks Amulya. We do personalise for each company and we use their data to train the assistant. So for example if you want a sales assistant, we would require your inventory as well as basic information about your company like refund policy, delivery timelines and general FAQs about your company

@amulya_prasad Thanks a lot for checking the product out, Amulya. :) Absolutely! Our Product team sits down with the company and understands the kind of queries they get during Product Sales. We understand the language requirements, most frequent queries, etc., and prepare the dataset-specific for the company. We try to gather data from the company's history of past conversations with their customers if it is available. If not, we use standard documents (.pdf files, etc.) of the company's documents, train our model, and then ship the product after due diligence. :) We believe that the demo at https://www.ultrapawz.com/ is just the beginning. Congrats on developing BlozuMAI! This product looks great. Just one doubt though... How secure is the data collected by the AI assistant? Are there any measures in place to protect user privacy?

@ricardo_luz Thanks a lot for checking the product out, Ricardo. :) We give the company insights based on the data that has been collected by the assistant. we are hosting each company's assistant separately on the cloud. The data collected by the assistant is 100% secure due to the following reasons:- 1. We have deployed encryption on the data being collected by the assistant. Hence, the data is securely saved. 2. We do not track any cookies/access any local storage from the browser. Hence, we do not store any user data, and the users are *completely anonymous*. 3. We only store the data that the company's user asks from the assistant and only provide analytics to the company based on that data. (For ex.
