This involved building an AI named Maxwell, a Google Dialogflow agent designed to make first aid knowledge accessible to everyone. Thanks, we're hoping to help the industry migrate toward smarter bots with more sophisticated followup arrays and context-keeping – the kinds of things you can build on Dialogflow, and alternately, an open-source alternative to Dflow, which we are working on integrating with soon. Botcopy itself isn't open source, nor was it ever, but can be licensed to run locally, which is mainly an issue only for companies that have certain restrictions on how & where they host data. Note: our application and any integrations into third parties are protected by 128 bit SSL security encryption. This is the same level of security maintained by banks. All Info we receive and send is stored in GDPR compliant storage and management facilities. We use AWS, MongoAtlas, AWS Route 53 and Cloudfront, Google & Dialogflow (obviously), other third parties include Stripe, Mailchimp, Dashbot, Chatbase, and Janis.
