Does one only get paid if the referral leads to a hire?

Great product Tina. How do you prevent people seeing a referral link to bypass and not stay in the chain to claim the bounty and not the bonus. Suppose I see a referral link from User A, instead of sharing user A, I only go to directly suggest my candidate. Does it make sense ?

How is payment handled? Would I need to make a Stripe account?
