If they integrate with my Apple CarPlay I'm all in.
I really like the clean UI and focus on community. I can't switch from Overcast for one reason. This app doesn't handle individual episodes well. Some times I listen to an episode because I really like a guest. I'm not always interested in the show enough to subscribe but I want to listen to an episode because I think the guest is rad and want to listen to them. Because the UI is centered around subscriptions this isn't intuitive enough for me if possible at all. Also don't really like the playlist piece but I could ignore that and just go to shows the way I do in Overcast. Might be the only one on this but figured I'd comment on why, even though I beta'd, I won't be switching.
I'm trying to listed to a podcast but the listen button seems to be broken :( Is it me or is it you?

@Leahculver and @sferik let us know when it is available overseas (just looked on the app store and figure it is US-only at this point). Upvoted and can't wait to try it.

@leahculver@sferik Scratch that, got it to work. Thanks. Excited to try it out.
@mkaigwa@sferik Sorry about that! The App Store can take up to 24 hours to distribute globally (which isn't ideal).

Really like the app! Been frustrated with Stitcher lately, almost had to switch to Apple's Podcast app. On the other hand, how do i control what's being downloaded. I would also love to take notes in a bullet point format f.e.
I got this because I really wanted to like it but given the goals it won't replace PocketCasts for me yet.
The interface and navigation is something of a jumble. I hope that'll be cleaned up but apps usually continue along a chosen path.
I think the social features could be revolutionary for the entire category but there isn't enough of that in here yet.
1. It doesn't grab my existing social graph.
2. I don't see it helping me discover podcasts yet given that that is the biggest use case (podcasts spread through word of mouth usually).
3. Privacy is an issue since the kind of podcasts somebody listens to is unexpectedly very revealing.
4. I would love for it to display podcasts live as they are being listened to by friends to create new (near-)live experiences for podcasts that a lot of people listen to anyway.
