Bright is your super app for health. We bring together body recomposition programs, recovery/stress/exertion scores, meal logging, energy tracking, sleep tracking, heart monitoring, nutrient analysis and 100m nutrition profiles into one platform.
Hello, Bryan! Congrats on the launch of your product. It's a fantastic idea. Frankly, I've had similar needs and ideas before. Additionally, I'd like to inquire about which wearable devices your product currently supports. Is it only available to the Apple Watch?
@bryantchen hey thanks for your message! Currently works with anything connected to Apple Health. We’ll be integrating direct connections with Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit etc in the following weeks.

After I left Facebook, this was one of the ideas I was exploring building- it was primarily targeted towards athletes, coaches and teams. Glad to see y'all bring your idea to life.
Who's your target audience/market @bryan_jordan
@harsh_kang Thank you very much!
Initial target market = health professionals; either those with certifications or they priortise health as the single-most important aspect of their life. Once we get their tick of approval, we believe that validates the product to then generally market it to the everyday user.
We want to be the last health app you need but first need to make sure we're technically correct, and then expand accessibility.

Pretty cool idea, looking forward to test it! I hope it connects to smart devices like Garmin watches :)
@french_ninja thanks! Currently connects to Apple Health but will in the next few weeks/before App Store release we'll be creating direct links with Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit, Oura etc.
@Bright is an absolute game-changer in the realm of health management. This super app seamlessly integrates a plethora of health-related features, making it a one-stop solution for all your wellness needs.
First off, the user interface is sleek and intuitive, making navigation a breeze even for those less tech-savvy. From tracking daily steps to monitoring sleep patterns, Bright covers all the basics effortlessly. But where it truly shines is its comprehensive approach to holistic health.
With Bright, you not only track physical activity but also gain access to personalized workout plans tailored to your fitness level and goals. The nutrition feature is equally impressive, offering meal planning tools, calorie tracking, and even healthy recipe suggestions based on your dietary preferences.
But what sets Bright apart is its focus on mental well-being. The app provides mindfulness exercises, guided meditation sessions, and stress management tools to help users achieve a balanced lifestyle. The inclusion of features like mood tracking and journaling further enhances its holistic approach to health.
Overall, Bright is a must-have for anyone looking to take control of their health and well-being. With its comprehensive set of features and user-friendly interface, it's truly a super app that empowers users to live their healthiest lives.
Curious about the final product. And for now I’ll accept your kind gesture to get lifetime access for a discounted price. Something more new products and services on PH should embrace.
@suijkerwerk thank you! Still have a bit to go to finalise the launch version of Bright but I think Lifetime Access in exchange for helping debug Bright is a fair trade.
I use Athlytic for this purpose now. I’m curious what specific features you have that Athlytic might not. Either way, I’ll give it a try and see who has the edge because I love the “last health app” promise!
This is probably the most important use of a phone and, I would argue, one of the most ignored by the big players. Apple does SOME of this, but I love the way you've put the whole thing together . Really great work!
