Bypass - Finding the safest route from A to B

Waze includes alerts for road hazards that might affect your route experience. I didn't find their features especially advantageous for use with the dangers caused by Hurricane Matthew, i.e. Avoiding floods on my route, since it's dependent on user-reports, which are sometimes ignored because it's subjective. Could Bypass incorporate real-time data to avoid dangers from natural disasters, or otherwise?

I don't know if we're really that prone to crime while driving (unless you're driving through San Andreas and Trevor walks by), but this could be useful for directing you away from accident-prone areas.
