Great and user friendly tool It's really helping streamlining the interactions with our customer base! If you do not think you need something like this, think again!

We use Callbell to allow visitors to get in touch with our support team via Telegram. The widget took us less than 3 minutes to be up and running

Pros:

Super simple, not intrusive and effective! Great for a mobile-first audience

Cons:

None at the moment

Love the design! How would you compare Callbell to Whatshelp? Is there any difference?
Carlo Morandi
@alan_trovo Thanks! So the main differences at the moment are that we're using the Facebook Customer Chat Plugin (which allow visitors to chat straight on the website) instead of a simple link to the Facebook Page + a free Analytics module to understands visitors behaviours. The user experience is also quite different in terms of design and we integrate Instagram Direct on top of WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram.

Simple and straight to the point. I was expecting to see a different integration for WhatsApp on desktop, other than an external link to their web version. I understand WA is not very flexible yet, but that would definitely be a great addition when possible. Being able to mantain the visitor on the site while using any IM. The branding is really small, however, for those managing big brand websites I would suggest adding a paid option to remove the credits. Features request: * Paid plan to remove branding * Be able to add a custom IM like a chat support link

@jorgecerda Hi! As you mention, WhatsApp is at the moment very limited and there is simply no way to mantain the user on the website and use WhatsApp to chat straight from there. We will try to do our best as soon as WhatsApp improve its documentation 😊 . Regarding the branding, we would like to keep our widget 100% free as it's key for our branding; our end goal is to build a platform to manage incoming conversations from the integrated channels and to enable sales and support teams to easily collaborate in a single interface. For websites with a significant traffic that want to use our widget, feel free to reach out to me at carlo@callbell.eu and we will remove it for free on your account! πŸ™‚ Hope this helps!

Looks interesting, is it possible to display the widget on mobile only?
Carlo Morandi
@jordy_dw Hi! Yes, it is! For every channel you set up on your account, you will be able to choose if you want to display them on mobile, desktop or both. If you deactivate every channel on desktop, for instance, the widget will not be displayed at all to desktop users.

Looks great but the widget was hidden because I'm using an ad blocker (uBlock Origin).
Carlo Morandi
@danielbovey Hi Dan! Unfortunately we cannot do much about it! Some ad blockers do not allow the browser to load our script. It's an issue you are likely to face with other many chat tool or products based on a script installed on the website.
