Ive been using this thing since the first version Dave built, amazing to see how far its come, how accurate it is, and how helpful it is to get a sense of blind spots and growth opportunities. The 360 nature of this is the key, don't just do it for yourself, get everyone on your team to rate you, that's where you will find the most insight! Great work folks, love what y'all are building.
